Fake Pike in Jelly

This name is very misleading, because it is a mushroom recipe!
Ingredients:

1. Boil vinegar with water, spices, root Vegetable Recipes and onions
2. Strain the broth and put in the prepared mushrooms; separate the leg and head of the small, still wrapped pink mushrooms separately
3. Peel the head, scrape the leg and cook until tender, but be careful not to boil the mushrooms, they would be unsightly
4. After cooking, remove them and pour the hot broth on the swollen gelatine (we soaked the gelatine in about 1/
2 l of cold water beforehand)
5. Strain the liquid, add the whisked egg whites to the cooled liquid and heat over the fire, stirring constantly, until the egg whites have curdled (they must not boil!)
6. Pour part of the jelly into a bowl, let it solidify, and on top of this layer place the decoratively pickled Vegetable Recipes, cooked mushrooms and pour the remaining jelly over everything and let it solidify in the refrigerator.
