Fake Goulash Soup

Minute cooked soup with sausage and potatoes with the taste and aroma of goulash.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller cubes
2. In a saucepan, fry the onion peeled and finely chopped in oil until pink
3. Add the red pepper, mix with the onion and immediately pour warm water
4. Next, add the chopped potatoes, the stock cube and season with spices and salt
5. Cook for about 25 minutes (until the potatoes are soft), stirring occasionally
6. Finally, throw in the sausages cut into slices and thicken with flour mixed in about 2 dcl of cold water
7. Stir everything together and boil for 5 minutes

We recommend serving the soup with fresh bread, it is suitable not only for lunch, but also as a warm dinner.
