This cupcake cuts down on prep time and tastes really fantastic thanks to the cupping. Just see for yourself!
1.
Beat whole eggs with sugar. Slowly add the milk, then the oil and finally add the semi-coarse flour with baking powder.
TIP: Sift the flour and baking powder to the liquid ingredients. It will mix more easily with the other ingredients and no lumps will form.
2.
Pour half of the batter into a greased and coarsely floured bundt pan.
TIP: you can also sprinkle the bundt pan with flour, for example, with crushed biscuits, semolina or grated coconut.
3.
Add the cocoa to the other half and mix well. Pour the dark batter in any shapes onto the white batter and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.
TIP1: if the top of your bundt cake darkens too quickly, place foil on top and remove it a few minutes before the end of baking.
TIP2: Let the baked cake cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before carefully turning it out onto a wire rack and letting it cool completely.
TIP2: 4.
The baked bundt cake can be sprinkled with icing sugar. Or make a chocolate glaze (100 g chocolate + 50 g cream) or a sugar glaze (100 g sifted icing sugar + a tablespoon or two of lemon juice).
5.
Perfect cake! I wish you a good taste!
