Fried eggs with English bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and chives, under the grill baked.

Procedure:
1. In a heated frying pan that can under the grill, fry the sliced sausages, add the bacon and fry until crispy (about 5 minutes)
2. Then add the cleaned, sliced mushrooms, fry for about 5 minutes, then drain off the excess fat and arrange the ingredients so that they are evenly distributed
3. Add salt and pepper to the beaten eggs, pour them into the pan, carefully spread them out so that the bottom is evenly covered, stir the mixture lightly with a fork and slowly fry until the eggs begin to set and then sprinkle with halved tomatoes, finely grated cheese and finely chopped chives
4. Put the whole pan under the grill and bake for 2 minutes to firm up the surface, cut into slices before serving.
