4 pcs egg 20 g butter for stewing 100 g poultry liver 60 g butter 3 tbsp sweet cream to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Beat the butter until foamy, add the cooked and beaten egg yolks, a little salt and ground pepper, the beaten liver, cream if desired and mix together. 2. Fill the hard-boiled egg halves with the mixture and serve.
