Slice of bread coated in beaten, seasoned eggs, fried in oil, served with ketchup.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs, add salt and dried parsley
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan
3. Coat the bread slices in the eggs and place them in the pan, frying on both sides until golden brown
4. Serve drizzled with ketchup.
Recommendation:
The breads prepared in this way can be garnished with tomato slices, cucumber or fresh peppers, for example.
