2 tbsp olive oil 1 pk shallots 3 pk larger egg 4 slices spicy salami 4 slices ham 50 g mix of frozen Vegetable Recipes 1 slice butter cheese grated milk 3 slices Niva cheese

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped shallots. Add the frozen Vegetable Recipes and stir-fry. Add the butter slices to make the mixture tender.

Meanwhile, prepare the egg mixture – put the eggs in a deep dish, add the diced spicy sausage, ham, grated cheese and a little milk to make the cake fluffy. Add the prepared vegetable mixture and mix.

Pour into the pre-greased tin and top with a few slices of niva cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with cheese.
