Egg Super Light Pressure Cooker

Egg pusher is a great cold appetizer or snack. This recipe is another of Lada Hruška’s inspirations.

Ingredients:

200 g of ham sausage 250 g of mayonnaise 1 jar Moravanke (sterilised Vegetable Recipes) 1 bag of aspic powder gelatin 6 pcs hard boiled eggs pepper salt deer loin or crumpet mold or pressure cooker bag

Procedure:

Cut the ham sausage, egg and sterilised Vegetable Recipes into small cubes, do not pour off the brine, you will need it next!

Pour the powdered gelatin into the brine and let it swell for 10 minutes.

Pour the resulting mixture into a pot, heat it a bit to make it as smooth as possible, but do not boil it.

Stir the mayonnaise into the gelatine and then all the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper or other seasonings as desired.

Pour the resulting mixture into a mould, for example for a cake or venison loin, or into a piping bag.

Place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours.
