7 pcs pre-cooked potatoes salt 3 pcs egg 1 tsp ground red pepper (smoked) 1 dl milk chopped fresh chives 5 tbsp olive oil butter 200 g cheddar cheese (grated) ground black pepper

First, pre-cook the sliced potatoes in salted water

Meanwhile, prepare the egg mixture – mix the eggs, salt, smoked ground red pepper, milk and chives.

Grease a baking tray with butter.

Oil, salt and pepper the peanuts.
5.
Player the tin progressively – potatoes, grated cheddar cheese, egg mixture. Repeat the process.
6.
Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden on top.
7.
Serve alone or as a side dish.
