Procedure:
1. Peel the boiled eggs and cut 3 into noodles, chop the cleaned peppers and peeled onion into small pieces, dice the ham and cut the broccoli into florets
2. Put everything in a bowl, add the thawed peas and corn, season with mayonnaise and vinegar, mix
3. Put the masox in a saucepan of hot water, stirring constantly let it dissolve and cool slightly, then add the gelatin to the egg press and let it stand for about 5 minutes, then pour the liquid into the vegetable mixture with mayonnaise, add finely chopped chives, salt and pepper and mix everything well again
4. Pour half of the mixture into a mould rinsed with cold water, cover with the remaining boiled eggs, pour in the rest of the mixture and leave to set in a cool place overnight
5. The next day, turn out of the mould, slice and serve.
