Egg Press with Ham and Pickled Vegetable Recipes

A classic that is absolutely delicious and its preparation will simply get rid of a large number of eggs, for example, dug up at Easter.

Ingredients:

6 pcs hard-boiled eggs 100 g ham 150 ml water 1 jar of Moravanka vegetable mix 1 packet of jelly for egg fritters 2 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise 1 pinch pepper 1 pinch salt appropriate container (e.g. Deer loin)

Procedure:

Cube the eggs and do the same with all the Vegetable Recipes from the Moravanka mixture and the ham. Don’t pour off the infusion, use it in the gelatin.

Pour the gelatin powder with hot water (150 ml is enough) and stir well to mix. Add the Moravanka brine to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Then mix this mixture with the eggs and the chopped Vegetable Recipes and ham. Add mayonnaise, pepper and add salt if necessary.

Place in a suitable container (venison loin for example) and leave in the fridge to set.
