Egg Delicacy Spread on Bread

A spread of boiled eggs, tvarůžky, onions, butter and mustard, served on slices of fresh dark bread.

Ingredients:

150 g of butter 8 pcs of dark bread slices 6 pcs of hard-boiled eggs 6 pcs of bread rolls 1 pc onion rings 2 tbsp full fat mustard

Procedure:

1. Grind the breadcrumbs with hard-boiled, peeled eggs
2. Add softened butter, finely chopped onion, full-fat mustard, mix well and season with salt as needed
3. Spread on slices of dark bread, garnish with tomato slices and finely chopped onion.
