8 pcs roll 400 g fresh mushrooms 6 pcs egg 200 ml milk 1 pcs onion 3 pcs garlic pcs salt, pepper, marjoram, parsley, lard, breadcrumbs

We love this stuffing.. somewhere they call it mushroom stuffing
1.
Fry chopped onions in lard. Add mushrooms and saute until soft. (I had some from the freezer but you can also make it with dried ones that need to be soaked)

Meanwhile, cut the rolls. Pour milk over the rolls to soften them. Add the crushed garlic and other spices. Stir the mixture with the smothered and cooled mushrooms and eggs.

Place everything on a greased and breadcrumb-dusted baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden.
