100 g smoked ham 1 pk sausage homemade 2 dl cooking cream 1 pk egg yolk 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp horseradish grated to taste vinegar,salt, pepper a little chives and toothpick 1,5 liters of broth with ham
step
1. Boil the ham in water,add the sausage if it is fresh.If the sausage is dry,just cut it into rounds.Hard boil the eggs. 2. Whisk the flour and egg yolk in the cream. 3. Bring the ham broth to a boil in a saucepan,pour the cream into the broth and let it simmer, stirring occasionally.Add the horseradish,vinegar,salt and pepper to taste.Remove. 4. Before serving, I slice the egg,sausage and ham into a plate, 5. and pour the broth.Garnish with chives.Bon appetit!
