East Nordic stuffed peppers

500 g minced pork 2 pcs egg 1 cup rice 1 pk onion 3 tbsp oil 1 KL sweet paprika 3 pcs paprika
Sauce
1 tin of passé tomatoes 3 tbsp semi-coarse flour 700 ml water 2 KL ground black pepper 1 tbsp sugar

Place the minced meat in a bowl and add the eggs and raw rice

In the meantime, fry the onions in the oil until golden.

Just before setting aside, add the red pepper and fry briefly.

Place it in a bowl with the other ingredients. Stir well and season well.

Fill peppers with the mixture or form into balls.

Prepare the sauce: Fry the flour in the oil and add the passé tomatoes. Simmer briefly and cover with water.

Simmer briefly and season the sauce with salt, veggies and sugar to taste.

Place the stuffed peppers and meatballs in the sauce. Cook over a gentle heat for 45 minutes.

The dish is done when the meatballs are beautifully soft. Enjoy!
