Toasts dry roasted and garnished with slices of smoked roast and cheese, baked.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Dry fry the bread slices (lids)
2. Spread the toasts with butter, top with smoked meat, pineapple halves, cheese slices and bake in a very hot oven until the cheese is melted
3. Garnish individual portions with parsley, quartered pineapple slices, ketchup and serve immediately.
