Dutch pea soup
ingredients
300 g dry peas 100 g celery 4 pcs potatoes 2 pcs pork legs 3 pcs leeks 4 pcs sausage to taste salt a little celery sprig

1. Soak the peas in water for a few hours. Wash and clean the pig’s feet, add to the peas and cover with water so that they are submerged. As soon as the water starts to boil, add salt and cook on a low heat for about 3 hours. 2. During cooking, add the chopped celery and leeks, chopped celery sprig and cleaned potatoes cut into quarters. 3. A quarter of an hour before the end of cooking, when the meat is almost tender, add the peeled sausages cut into rings. Bone the pork legs, cut the meat and put back into the soup.
