Dutch style cheese fondue.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Grease a fireproof bowl with butter, fill with cheese and beer and heat very slowly until cheese is melted
2. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, and starch powder dissolved in a tablespoon of beer and stir until thickened
3. Keep the fondue warm on the alcohol stove in the middle of the table so that each diner can dip bread cubes in the fondue with a long fork.
