Dumplings with mushrooms and eggs

When few mushrooms grew, this year is an example of this in places, our grandmothers set the mushroom fry with semolina, groats, or boiled potatoes, just what the house gave. Bun dumplings were also popular, they can be served together with mushrooms and eggs for both lunch and dinner, you just need to play with them in the kitchen a little. 😀

Ingredients:

200 g mushrooms 50 g of bacon 6-8 pcs wheels of bread dumplings 2-3 pcs of egg spring onions

td>lard

cumin pepper salt

Procedure:

First, in a pan, saute the mushrooms themselves in the lard, season with salt and pepper, stir, and let the excess water evaporate

Stir in the sauteed mushrooms to the dumplings, add the beaten eggs, mix, season to taste with pepper and salt

Once the eggs have set, divide the hot mixture onto plates, serve with homemade chalamade or pickles.
