Dumplings made of boiled dough
Soup coating.

Procedure:
1. The day before preparation, cook one flour dumpling without the bun (see attachments-dough dumplings)
2. Grate the cold dumpling on a grater (4 heaped tablespoons)
3. In a bowl, beat two egg yolks with a tablespoon of coarse flour and add 3 tablespoons of cream,a little parsley and mace
4. Just before serving the soup, cut out small dumplings with a spoon and cook in the soup for about 5 minutes.
