Dumpling with egg

Classic hot dinner made of leftover dumplings, for example after lunch or from the previous day, and beaten eggs. A suitable side dish is pickles.

Ingredients:

Rule for 2 servings: 7-8 pieces of cubed bread dumplings 5-6 pieces eggs oil salt

Procedure:

  • Slice the pea dumplings, then cut them into smaller cubes, and fry them in a pan in hot oil, stirring occasionally so that the cubes get browned on all sides.
  • Pour the fried dumplings with beaten eggs, add salt, stir, occasionally mix the dumplings with the eggs, let the eggs curdle.
  • Turn the hot dumplings onto a plate and serve immediately, hot, preferably with pickles.
