Dudley’s recipe for beef nachos
Last Updated on
Hey everyone, it’s Dudley here. I’m from Texas, and I know a thing or two about good food. Today I’m going to share my recipe for beef nachos. This dish is perfect for game day, or any occasion when you want to enjoy some delicious finger food.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 pound ground beef
1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
1 package (10 ounces) tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional toppings: sour cream, diced tomatoes, jalapeños
Here’s how to make it:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it’s browned. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the salsa and bring to a simmer.
Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Pour the beef mixture over the chips and then sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with your favorite toppings.
That’s it! This recipe is simple to follow and yields delicious results. Nachos are always a hit at parties, so make sure to give these a try the next time you’re entertaining. And if you’re looking for even more of a Tex-Mex flavor, try using ground chorizo in place of the ground beef
