Here is the recipe for duchess potatoes with salmon with Thermomix, melting recipe, easy and simple to make to accompany your meat dishes.
Ingredients:
500 g potatoes 100 g smoked salmon 1 egg 1 egg yolk 50 g soft butter 1000 g water 1 stock cube pot au feu salt, pepper
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes then cut them into pieces and put them in the cooking basket.
Put the water and stock cube in the bowl then insert the cooking basket and set 30 minutes Varoma on spoon speed.
Remove the potatoes then empty the bowl.
Put the salmon in the bowl then mix for 5 seconds on speed 5.
Insert the whisk then add the potatoes set 1 minute on speed 4.
Add the egg, egg yolk and butter then set 1 minute on speed 4.
Then pour the mashed potatoes into a pastry bag fitted with an 8mm fluted tip.
On a baking tray lined with baking paper then place small dome-shaped mounds of mashed potatoes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
