Packed delicacy of cracklings.

We will need cracklings or plain sausages, cubula, water, vinegar, pepper, vegeta or salt.

Remove the skin from the sausages and cut into 2 cm rounds. Peel and slice the onion.
3.
Place in jars and pour a boiling brine of 2 decilitres of vinegar, a litre of water, a teaspoon of ground black pepper and a tablespoon of vegeta. Close the jars with a lid and, once cooled, put them in the fridge to rest for 1-2 days. The energy value of 100 g is 1400 kJ. Enjoy!
