Döner kebab from the pan

Kebabs are dishes prepared on the grill, but the weather is not always suitable for grilling, so we can help by browning the meat on the pan.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the meat into noodles, season with salt and pepper, drizzle lightly with oil and leave to rest for 30 minutes
2. Fry the rested meat in a pan with the onion slices, then transfer it to a bowl and sprinkle with gyros spices
3. Prepare the garlic sauce; mix the white yoghurt with mayonnaise and crushed garlic cloves, season with salt and pepper
4. Heat the partially cut pita pancakes in the oven under the grill, or dry in a clean pan or contact grill, brush generously with garlic sauce, cover with warm pieces of meat and onion, sprinkle with grated cheese and cabbage, serve immediately.
Recommendation:
