This dinner recipe is made with shortbread cookies. It is a very simple dish to make and only requires a few ingredients. You can use any type of shortbread cookie, but I prefer to use the ones that are made with butter.
The first thing you need to do is Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Then, take your shortbread cookies and chop them into small pieces. I like to use a food processor to make this step easier, but you can also do it by hand. Once the cookies are chopped, add them to a baking dish.
Next, add some milk to the dish. I usually use whole milk, but you can use whatever kind you have on hand. Then, add some shredded cheese to the top of the milk. I like to use cheddar cheese, but you can use any kind you like. Bake the dish for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
This dish is great served with a green salad on the side. It is also good with some chopped cooked chicken or ham added to it. If you want, you can even add some crumbled bacon on top. This recipe is very versatile and can be tailored to your own liking
