Dill sauce with egg

Classic recipe from the last century for tasty dill served with hard-boiled egg and bread dumplings.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Whisk flour in half the amount of cold milk
2. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, pour the whisked flour and milk into it and simmer for about 20 minutes, dilute with broth as needed and then add the cream
3. Wash and finely chop the dill, boil it with vinegar, water and butter
4. Pour the mixture into the sauce, season with salt and sugar, whisk well and do not boil anymore
5. Serve the dill sauce with bread dumplings and hard-boiled eggs that have been cut in half.
Recommendation:
You can use boiled potatoes as an additional side dish.
