Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1/2 cup onions, diced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, diced tomatoes, corn, onions, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted
