Devilish baked potatoes with tomatoes

800 g potatoes 200 g tomatoes 2 pcs onion 4 cloves garlic 5 pcs egg 1 pk chilli pepper 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp curry sauce salt ground black pepper oil

Scented and slightly spicy baked potatoes.

Fry the onion in olive oil and add 2 KL of curry spices. Saute for a while more.

Then add quartered tomatoes, chopped garlic, chilli and finally 1PL soy sauce.

In the meantime, clean the potatoes and cut into cubes. Sprinkle with barbecue seasoning (about 4 tbsp). Do not boil!

Add the vegetable mixture to the raw potatoes and mix well.

Cover the baking dish and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Then take the bowl and pour the 4 beaten eggs, to which we have added 1KL salt and a pinch of black ground pepper, over the potatoes. Do not cover the bowl anymore and bake for 10 minutes at the same temperature.
