400 g cooking chocolate 100 g Cera 200 g sugar 260 g ground walnuts pcs rum, for decoration, half a nut 150 ml of milk 1 pk vanilla sugar

Dissolve the Cera and chocolate in a saucepan over a heat.

Prepare the cupcakes for the shumai. Put this melted chocolate on the bottom of each cupcake.

Make the filling with milk, sugar, rum, butter, vanilla sugar and nuts. Bring it to a boil – simmer briefly.
4.
Fill the filling into the cupcakes on the already hardened chocolate.
5.
Finally, pour the melted chocolate into the cupcakes.
6.
Decorate the top with half of the nuts or candy decorations.
