500 ml cooking cream 200 g grated hard cheese to taste salt a little parmesan (for sprinkling) 1 packet of gnocchi 250 g Chicken cooked ( I used the meat from the soup)
Quick and tasty!
I boiled gnocchi in salted water, drained it and poured it into a baking dish. Add the torn meat as well.
In a separate container put the cooking cream ( 500 ml), a little salt and grated cheese. Mix together and pour over the meat and gnocchi.
Stir everything together lightly and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Once baked, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
