Delicious sweet potatoes on herbs with garlic dressing

4 pcs sweet potatoes parsley (chopped) oregano, basil, rosemary 2 cloves garlic vegetable oil salt, black pepper, ground paprika, granulated garlic
Yoghurt dressing
2 cloves crushed garlic 250 ml white yoghurt herbs ( oregano, basil) salt and ground black pepper

Recipe suitable for dinner or lunch.

Rinse (optional) sweet potatoes, cut into about 3 cm rounds, which are then cut in half .

Pile the sweet potatoes in a baking dish, add the oil, all the herbs and spices, add the sliced garlic . Don’t be afraid to skimp on the spices and herbs (it adds a lovely flavour).

Finally, place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, cover with a little water and bake until the sweet potatoes are soft (I personally bake until they are falling apart). Beware the sweet potatoes will cook quickly (faster than regular potatoes) , so if you don’t want them overcooked, you need to keep checking and I think even 15 minutes is enough.

While the sweet potatoes are baking, prepare the yogurt dressing: mix yogurt and 2 squeezed garlic, add herbs, spices and salt, a little oil, stir and put in the fridge to stand.

Lastly serve with baked potatoes. Enjoy!
