For this you need:
For the corn dog dough:
1 egg 4 g dry yeast 150 g flour 60 g rice flour 4 g salt 100 ml lukewarm water
How it works:
Place the egg and yeast in a bowl and stir everything with a whisk. Then add flour, rice flour, salt and water and mix everything for at least 5 minutes to form an elastic dough. Then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for an hour in a warm place.
1. Käse-Corn-Dog
For this you need:
1 würstchen 2 slices butterkäse 1 wooden skewer; panko breadcrumbs corn dog dough
How it works:
1.1 Carefully put the würstchen on a wooden skewer; and cut it with a knife all around spirally. Pull the gaps slightly apart.
1.2 Lay the two slices of cheese on top of each other and cut out a diagonal strip about 3 mm wide. Press the strip of cheese into the gap in the vial.
1.3 Rotate the cheesecloth through the dough so that it is completely and evenly coated with dough. Coat the sausage in breadcrumbs. Then fry it for about 3-4 minutes in 160 °C hot fat until golden brown.
2. French fries corn dog
For this you need:

How it works:
2.1 Carefully place the sausage on a wooden skewer and turn it through the dough so that an even layer of dough forms around the sausage.
2.2 Cut the frozen fries into small pieces and twist the würstchen through them in the batter coating. Lightly press the fries with your hand. Fry the fries corn dog for 3-4 minutes in 160 °C hot fat until golden brown.
3. Ramen Corn Dog
To make it, you will need:
1 würstchen 1 wooden skewer; 1 package chicken ramen corn dog dough
How to do it:
3.1 Carefully put a wooden skewer into the würstchen. Also add the spice mixture of the ramen noodles to the dough and stir everything together. Pull the sausage through the dough.
3.2 Crush the ramen noodles and wrap the sausage in them. Lightly press the noodles with your hand. Fry the ramen corn dog for about 3-4 minutes in about 160 °C hot fat until golden brown.
