250 g sauerkraut 40 g plain flour 2 dl sour cream 10 g lard 20 g onion to taste water, salt, bay leaf, red pepper
step
Put the cabbage to boil in water with bay leaf. Stir the flour into the cream, add to the cabbage, bring to the boil and season with salt. Finally, add the grated onion fried in lard, to which we have added the red pepper. Simmer everything.
