450 g plain flour special 00 200 ml heavy sour cream 250 g butter (hera) 1/2 tsp salt or as you like

ground poppy seeds and icing sugar to taste walnuts (ground) plum jam as desired 1 packet vanillin sugar hot milk vanillin and icing sugar for coating

We “knead” the ingredients into a smooth dough and wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to harden so it is easier to work with.

Transfer the chilled dough to a floured work surface and roll out into a rectangle, cut into cubes, see photo below. Prepare filling 1,2 mix poppy seeds, sugar, plum jam. Ground walnuts, vanilla sugar, hot mix together filling must not be thin.

Put filling on the bottom of the dough cut the top of the dough with a knife see below,photo roll into a roll.

Line the tray with baking paper and place the prepared rolls on it. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. While still hot, coat with powdered vanilla sugar.
