Smoked salmon stuffed with luscious ricotta and crisp asparagus, topped with an irresistible lemon sauce.

Make a spread using ricotta, parmesan basil, lemon zest and spices.

Spread the salmon slices, fill with the cheese spread, add the asparagus heads and place in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.

Make the sauce in the meantime: melt the butter in a saucepan, add the stock, lemon juice, starch and cook the semi-thick sauce.
4.
Serve the baked rolls topped with the sauce.
