Quick, fantastically tasty cake without eggs. Its preparation is terribly simple and the result fantastic. I’ve been making it for years, it’s one of our favourites. The sweet strawberries are just starting to ripen, which make this cake amazingly delicious. The fruit is always rotated according to taste and season. 1.
Mix the yogurt with the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Add half of the flour that you have already mixed with cocoa, salt and baking soda and mix well so that there are no lumps in the dough. Then mix in half of the oil, then the remaining flour and finally the oil again Mix the dough well each time.

Pour the dough onto an oiled and floured baking sheet. Place the strawberries and sprinkle the top well with vanilla sugar. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30-35 minutes. You need to watch it and do a needle test My baking tin is 35×25 cm.
