It doesn’t have to be just venison, a very tasty, almost festive lunch.
1.
First we’ll make the mushroom scramble. Fry the bacon, add some butter and sliced mushrooms, sauté together. Set aside some of the sautéed mushrooms. Add the eggs to the rest and stir into the scrambled eggs. Cut the meat into slices, season with salt and pepper, rub with mustard and scrambled eggs. Spread the cooked eggs, cappuccino, cucumber and sausage on top.

Twist together with toothpicks or needles.

Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds, cover with water, add the sautéed mushrooms that we have set aside, cover with foil and bake at 180 deg. C. I do not specify the exact length of baking, it depends on the meat. I baked for 2 hours.
