Dark cod on chickpeas and Black Forest ham

800 g dark cod 1 tin sterilised chickpeas 150 g Schwarzwald ham from Lidl 8 pcs cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp butter 50 g cooked green beans 4 pcs garlic 2 pcs shallots 2 dl dry white wine 2 dl stock pcs olive oil pcs salt, black coarse pepper pcs thyme pcs parsley 1 KL red curry paste
procedure
1. Salt and pepper the cod, rub with 2 cloves of garlic and fry in oil. Add a little butter at the end. Finally a little wine. 2. Fry the shallots in the oil in larger pieces. 3. Add the thickly sliced ham. 4. Add red curry paste, fry. A little broth to dissolve the paste in the juice. 5. Add chickpeas, tomatoes, kidney beans, garlic, spinach. Finally, season with salt and pepper, pour in a little stock and a little wine. 6. The side dish is mashed potatoes. Sprinkle the finished dish with the parsley. Sprinkle the fish with lemon.
