Dalamánky with roasted garlic spread

Dalamans filled with yoghurt, cheese and roasted garlic spread, garnished with rocket.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wrap the garlic stick in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes, let cool and then squeeze the contents of each clove from the skin into a bowl
2. Add the cheese and white yoghurt, mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste
3. Cut the dalamans open, spread the bottom parts with a thicker layer of spread, top with the sprouts, garnish with rocket and cover.
