Curry on chanterelles

1 pk onion 350 g pork curry 200 g chanterelle mushrooms 1 tbsp ground sweet paprika 1 pk crushed dried chilli /carefully add/ pk salt pk ground black pepper pk stock or broth 1 tsp salted salt

This recipe is simple and good.
1. Fry onion in oil until glassy, add sliced curry and sauté. 2. When the meat is fried add the ml.paprika, stir in the broth or water and a little broth. 3. When the meat is half cooked add the sliced mushrooms chanterelles and simmer everything. Add a little water to a little salted water and thicken the juices a little. Finally I add carefully chopped chili, but if you don’t want it you don’t have to. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Serve with rice and sour sterilised cucumber.
