Currant potato dumplings

1 kg potatoes boiled in skin 300 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk egg 1 KL sea salt 500 g currants 100 g sugar 125 g butter to taste breadcrumbs

I also make potato dumplings (balls) with fruit other than plums. I like them.
1. Clean the boiled potatoes in the skin, grate them on a fine grater. Prepare the dough by adding egg, flour, salt. 2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 6 mm, cut out squares, put a teaspoon of currants in the middle, half a teaspoon of sugar. Shape into balls. 3. Cook in boiling salted water, when they are cooked, they float to the surface. In a saucepan, fry the breadcrumbs in the butter and sprinkle them over the cooked balls. Sprinkle with sugar and mix by shaking.
