5 pcs salad cucumber 5 pcs spring onion 2 tbsp dill 1 tbsp parsley a little cold vegetable broth 100 ml white yoghurt a little olive oil 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground white pepper
procedure
1. Peel the cucumbers and cut into smaller pieces. Chop the onion into smaller pieces, chop the dill and parsley and blend everything with the stock. 2. Add the yoghurt to the soup, season with salt and pepper and stir. Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with freshly chopped dill.
