Cuban Poultry Salad

Lunch salad of roasted or grilled boneless chicken, orange, apple and flavored mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peel the apple and orange, remove the pith and any cores and then cut the fruit into cubes
2. Cut the meat into smaller pieces and mix it with the fruit
3. Drizzle the mixture with lemon juice and stir in mayonnaise flavoured with curry spices
4. Salt the salad to taste and serve.
