1 cup Crystal sugar for the dough 3 cups semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder 750 g soft cottage cheese 3 packets vanillin sugar 1 packet vanilla pudding 3 pcs egg 500 ml milk rum lemon peel 3 tbsp crystal sugar 250 g margarine

Prepare a smaller, deeper baking tray and grease it. Mix the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and pour half of the loose mixture into the tin

Prepare the filling: cottage cheese, vanilla , vanilla custard powder, eggs, 1/2 L milk, a little rum , vitron zest and 3pl caster sugar ( or more if you like it sweeter) . Mix all these ingredients well.

Pour the filling on the first part of the dough and pour the other half of the loose dough on top of that.

Place thin sheets of margarine on top and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180-190°C until golden.
