Crumble with rhubarb

Traditional English dessert.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Stack the biscuits in a taller baking dish (you can drizzle them with orange juice)
2. Cut the peeled rhubarb into smaller pieces, mix with sugar, ground cinnamon and peeled, coarsely cored apples
3. Add the finely chopped almonds, mix everything together and spread it over the biscuits
4. Then make a crumble with the sugar, softened butter and coarse flour, which you pour on top
5. Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
Recommendation:
Serve with vanilla ice cream or custard.
