Pancakes of minced meat served topped with poached leche.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Chop the cleaned onion finely, stir it into the minced meat
2. Season the mixture with pepper, both peppers and Worcestershire sauce
3. Add the milk, mix and season with ketchup
4. Form the mixture into individual pancakes and fry them in hot oil on both sides until golden brown
5. Remove the meat, partially reduce the oil, simmer the vegetable lecho in the pan juices and pour the hot lecho over the steaks on the plates

Serve this dish with fresh bread.
