Grate the courgette on a coarse grater , salt and let it rest for 15 minutes. Squeeze out the excess juice and add the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and finally the flour.

Stir and fry until crispy. Serve with cucumber salad and yogurt dressing.
