4 pcs trout fillet 100 g breadcrumbs 1 tbsp butter 1 pk lemon 25 g pine nuts a little oil to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 pk egg a little flour
procedure
1. Wash the trout, pat dry, season with salt and ground black pepper. Mix the breadcrumbs with the lemon zest and ground nuts. 2. Coat the trout thus prepared in plain flour, egg and crispy breadcrumbs. Fry them on both sides in hot oil in a frying pan.
