Buns stuffed with butter, ham, cheese and egg yolks, grilled.

Procedure:
1. Cut the mushrooms in half and scoop out the soft interior from the bottom parts
2. For the filling, foam the butter and mix with the ham cut into smaller cubes, finely grated cheese, salt, pepper and egg yolks
3. Divide the prepared filling into the hollowed-out lower parts of the buns, cover the upper parts and grill in a preheated electric grill until the buns are nicely golden and crispy.
